Package includes full dimension plans, roof plan, exterior elevations, door and window schedules, basic foundation plan. It does not include any required engineering.
Pricing- $.80/total heated sq. feet. $.35/ garage sq footage. Requires $750 down at contract signing.

Includes spreadsheet of finishes and a digital mood board- up to two revisions
